What we do
Future Leaders of Africa Foundation (FLA Foundation) is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth across Africa through education and sports. We work with local partners to provide learning opportunities, digital skills, and athletic programs that build confidence, leadership, and long-term opportunity for young people. Our mission is to help develop the next generation of African leaders through practical, community-driven initiatives.
We empower young people through education and sports, creating safe spaces where youth can learn, grow, and build confidence. By combining academics, digital awareness, and athletics, we help develop discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that prepare the next generation for long-term success.

Yann is a Division I basketball player at Sacred Heart University. He developed his basketball foundation through the Don Bosco system, where he learned discipline, leadership, and teamwork. He supports sports programming, mentorship, and youth engagement initiatives for the foundation.

Centre des Jeunes Don Bosco has supported youth development in Gabon for many years through education, sports, mentorship, and character-building programs.
